The American real-estate market has declined lately following too many risky loans granted by American banks, which resulted in foreclosure (auction sales). The large number of American building land and homes purchased with easy loans and recovered by the bank caused prices to fall in the American real estate market. More importantly, the opportunity for foreign investment is at premium, because properties are so affordable, once investors and speculators will have absorbed that property overflow, we should expect an improvement in the US real estate market.
For several months, the dollar exchange rate has been falling down. The European economical/political players agreed on the need to stop this declining that prevents the exports.
